<p style=”text-align: justify;”>प्रकाश ने 1988 में Mithileya Seetheyaru से डेब्यू किया था. उन्होंने तमिल, कन्नड़ और कई शानदार तेलुगू फिल्में की हैं. हिंदी फिल्मों की बात करें तो वो वांटेड, सिंघम, एंटरटेनमेंट जैसी फिल्में की हैं. प्रकाश को 1998 में आई Iruvar के लिए बेस्ट सपोर्टिंग एक्टर का नेशनल अवॉर्ड मिला था. इसके अलावा उन्होंने तमिल फिल्म Kanchivaram के लिए बेस्ट एक्टर का नेशनल अवॉर्ड मिला था.</p>
