<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>Ajaz Khan Case:</strong>&nbsp;मुंबई की अदालत ने रेप के एक मामले में एक्टर एजाज खान को अग्रिम जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया है. अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश (दिंडोशी अदालत) दत्ता ढोबले ने बृहस्पतिवार को खान को राहत देने से इनकार करते हुए कहा, &lsquo;&lsquo;आरोपों की प्रकृति और गंभीरता को देखते हुए याचिकाकर्ता से हिरासत में पूछताछ आवश्यक है&rsquo;&rsquo;.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अभियोजन पक्ष ने आरोप लगाया कि पीड़िता का विश्वास जीतने के लिए उसने कथित तौर पर एक सेलिब्रिटी और रियलिटी शो के प्रस्तोता के रूप में अपने पद का दुरुपयोग किया. पीड़िता खुद भी एक एक्ट्रेस है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>क्या आरोप हैं एजाज खान पर?</strong></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>प्राथमिकी में आरोप लगाया गया है कि शादी के झूठे बहाने, वित्तीय मदद और पेशेवर मदद के वादों पर खान ने पीड़िता से कई मौकों पर &lsquo;&lsquo;उसकी स्पष्ट सहमति के बिना&rsquo;&rsquo; शारीरिक संबंध बनाए.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>खान पर रेप और धोखे से शारीरिक संबंध बनाने से संबंधित भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>एजाज खान के वकील ने दी ये दलील</strong></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अग्रिम जमानत के लिए जोर देते हुए खान के वकील ने दलील दी कि उनके मुवक्किल को मामले में झूठा फंसाया गया है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>उन्होंने कहा, &lsquo;&lsquo;पीड़िता इस बात से अच्छी तरह अवगत थी एक्टर पहले से ही शादीशुदा है. दोनों बालिग हैं. उसके और पीड़िता के बीच संबंध सहमति से बने थे.&rsquo;&rsquo;</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>बचाव पक्ष ने अदालत के सामने कुछ व्हाट्सऐप चैट और ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग पेश कीं, जो कथित तौर पर दिखाती हैं कि पीड़िता ने मामला वापस लेने के लिए पैसे की मांग की थी और शारीरिक संबंध सहमति से बने थे.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>दूसरी ओर, अभियोजन पक्ष ने दलील दी कि खान से हिरासत में पूछताछ उसके मोबाइल फोन की बरामदगी, व्हाट्सऐप चैट और कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग के सत्यापन के लिए आवश्यक थी.</p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद अदालत ने कहा कि प्राथमिकी में घटना की विशिष्ट तिथियों, स्थानों और परिस्थितियों का खुलासा किया गया है, जिसमें याचिकाकर्ता द्वारा न केवल शादी का बल्कि पीड़िता को पेशेवर मदद सहित उसके परिवार के लिए वित्तीय सहायता का भी कथित तौर पर आश्वासन दिया गया है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अदालत ने कहा कि खान की हिरासत में पूछताछ उनकी मेडिकल जांच और &lsquo;&lsquo;अन्य डिजिटल साक्ष्य एकत्र करने&rsquo;&rsquo; के लिए आवश्यक थी.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>अदालत ने खान की याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा, &lsquo;&lsquo;अगर गिरफ्तारी से पहले जमानत दी जाती है तो सबूतों से छेड़छाड़ या गवाहों को प्रभावित करने के जोखिम से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है.&rsquo;&rsquo;</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>इससे पहले, खान को उनके वेब शो &lsquo;हाउस अरेस्ट&rsquo; में कथित अश्लील सामग्री के कारण दर्ज एक मामले में कई अन्य लोगों के साथ नामित किया गया था. यह शो उल्लू ऐप पर प्रसारित किया जाता है.</p>
