<p style=”text-align: justify;”><span class=”cf0″>हॉटरफ्लाई की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, गोविंदा की पत्नी सुनीता आहूजा ने बांद्रा फैमिली कोर्ट में तलाक की याचिका दाखिल की है. उन्होंने हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 की धारा 13 (1) (</span><span class=”cf1″>i), (ia), </span><span class=”cf0″>और (</span><span class=”cf1″>ib) </span><span class=”cf0″>के तहत याचिका दायर की. इसमें चीटिंग, दूसरी महिला से अफेयर और क्रूरता को 38 साल लंबी शादी को तोड़ने का आधार बताया है.</span></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><span class=”cf0″>कथित तौर पर गोविंदा को </span><span class=”cf1″>2</span><span class=”cf0″>5 मई को समन भेजा गया था लेकिन वो व्यक्तिगत रूप से वहां उपस्थित नहीं हुए. इसके बाद कारण बताओ नोटिस भी जारी किया गया है. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक सुनीता हर कार्रवाई के दौरान मौजूद रही हैं. अगर दोनों अलग होते हैं तो गोविंदा का भारी-भरकम रकम चुकानी होगी.</span></p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”><span class=”cf0″>टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक गोविंदा के पास 170 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति है. उनके पास 16 करोड़ से ज्यादा की कीमत का जुहू में बंगला है जिसका नाम जल दर्शन है. साथ ही, उनके पास कई कोलकाता और लखनऊ जैसे शहरों में फ्लैट्स और फार्महाउस हैं.</span></p>
