छावा पायरेसी केस: 1800 से ज्यादा डिजिटल लिंक्स पर लीक हुई विक्की कौशल की छावा, पुलिस केस दर्ज

<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>Chhaava leaked: </strong>विक्की कौशल की फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस पर धमाल मचा रही है. फिल्म ने 550 करोड़ से ज्यादा की कमाई कर ली है. हालांकि, अब फिल्म की कमाई में कमी देखने को मिल रही है. इसी बीच खबर आई है कि फिल्म लीक हो गई है. <span class=”HwtZe” lang=”hi”><span class=”jCAhz”><span class=”ryNqvb”>छावा के 1,818 डिजिटल लिंक पर अवैध सर्कुलेशन के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है.</span></span></span></p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने सोर्स के हवाले से लिखा- ”शिकायतकर्ता ने बताया कि पूरे भारत में रिलीज हुई फिल्म छावा के पायरेटेड वर्जन को 1,818 इंटरनेट लिंक पर <span class=”HwtZe” lang=”hi”><span class=”jCAhz”><span class=”ryNqvb”>अवैध तरीके से </span></span></span>डिस्ट्रीब्यूट किया गया. इससे कॉपीराइट कानूनों का उल्लंघन हुआ. इससे थिएट्रिकल डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन प्रभावित हुआ.”</p>

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>साउथ साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन में सीआर नंबर 23/2025 के तहत भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) की धारा 316 (2) और 308 (3), कॉपीराइट अधिनियम की धारा 51, 63 और 65 ए, सिनेमैटोग्राफ अधिनियम, 1952 (संशोधन 2023) की धारा 6 एए और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम की धारा 43 और 66 के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया. मामले की जांच आगे चल रही है.</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>डीसीपी दत्ता नलावडे ने ईटाइम्स को बताया, “केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है और जांच जारी है.”</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>छावा का बॉक्स ऑफिस कलेक्शन</strong></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>छावा की बात करें तो फिल्म ने 769.3 करोड़ रुपये का ग्रॉस कलेक्शन कर लिया है. वहीं इंडिया में फिल्म ने 583.03 करोड़ का कलेक्शन कर लिया है. फिल्म ने पहले हफ्ते में 225.28 करोड़, दूसरे हफ्ते में 186.18 करोड़, तीसरे हफ्ते में 84.94 करोड़ और चौथे हफ्ते में 43.98 करोड़ रुपये कमाए. फिल्म को फैंस बहुत पसंद किया जा रहा है.&nbsp;</p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”><strong>फिल्म में नजर विक्की कौशल-रश्मिका मंदाना</strong></p>
<p style=”text-align: justify;”>इस फिल्ममें <a title=”विक्की कौशल” href=”https://www.abplive.com/topic/vicky-kaushal” data-type=”interlinkingkeywords”>विक्की कौशल</a> ने लीड रोल निभाया. वो फिल्म में छत्रपति संभाजी महाराज के रोल में नजर आए. वहीं रश्मिका मंदाना फीमेल लीड रोल में थी. अक्षय खन्ना ने फिल्म में औरंगजेब का रोल निभाया था. सभी एक्टर्स ने अपनी एक्टिंग से फैंस को इंप्रेस किया है.</p>
